Casa bunicilor

Beautifully located in Fagaras county, in Ucea the Jos village, at the foot of the highest mountains in Romania, Casa Bunicilor is an old transilvanian house, brought to life to offer to its guest the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Transilvania. A lot of heart was put to make it cosy and comfortable, while at the same time keeping some traditional old elements to remind me of my grandparents and of my childhood. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen with a big dinning area, an entrance hallway and a pantry. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and from the living room, as in most old Transylvanian houses where the living room is at the heart of the house, you can access the hallway, one bathroom, one bedroom and the kitchen. Guest access Two parking places in the yard and 2 more in front of the house, on a street with little traffic locally Other things to note The yard is representative for this area of Transylvania, being long and spacious. It offers privacy and access to nature and silence. The only sounds are the ones of the birds humming, that are shadowed from time to time only by the sounds of the simple country life.
