♔Stay near the historic town hall on the water canal♕
Description
current: Facade renovation is complete! :) In this charming accommodation, you will live in the middle of the beautiful old town directly behind the town hall built by Elias Holl on one of the historic water canals of Augsburg, which make our city a world cultural heritage. If you open the window, you can listen to the sound of the water. All sights are within walking distance, you are centrally located and the accommodation is very quiet in a side street. The space A bedroom with a large bed (180 × 200), a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine are available for my guests. Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided for free. There is also a small basement area, but it is not used as a living space. For example, luggage can be stored here. Since I paint myself, the rooms are decorated with some of my works :) Other things to note Since you live in the middle of the beautiful old town, you unfortunately do not have a free parking space right outside the door. Behind the town hall you can park with a parking meter during the day (max. 1 hour), overnight for free. If you arrive by car, it is best to unload your luggage and then park the car outside the old town. Free parking is available, for example, at P+R Spickelbad, Siebentischstraße 4 From there you can take bus 32 to Moritzplatz, then it is a 5-minute walk. Paid parking is available in the following parking garages: Ernst Reuter Platz 2 €12.50/day 11 min to the property (walk through the pedestrian zone) Im Annahof 4 €11.50/day 11 min to the property (walk through the pedestrian zone) Ludwigsstraße 28 €11/day 15 minutes to the property Motorcycle parking spaces are available nearby. Public transportation is free in the city zone. So if you arrive by train, you can travel from the train station to the Rathaus stop for free.
