Located 5min from downtown Canela and 12min from downtown Gramado. House with ample social space, two cozy rooms with 2 dining tables. Outdoor fenced area with 800 square meters of garden. Barbecue and outdoor table. Rest chairs, hammock and a garden fire pit. Great home for families with children. The space The entire house has natural wood floors. Two living rooms with comfortable sofas and armchairs, the first with air-conditioning, a fireplace, a Smart TV and a dining table for 6 people, where you will find the KIDS space. The second living room, overlooking the garden, is all glazed and has a table for up to 8 people with a sofa and comfortable armchairs. The house has 4 bedrooms, with comfortable beds with pillow top, quality bedding. We provide a crib and baby bath. Both bathrooms feature electric heating, a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner. The showers work on the gas and electric system. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, air fryer, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, dishes, cutlery and pots, etc. We also have a barbecue grill in the kitchen. We provide a washer and dryer. All the rooms in the house have electric heating. 220-volt electricity. Guest access The Garden: Our guests can enjoy a beautiful garden that has space for hammocks, outdoor dining with a table for 8 people and an outdoor barbecue. Comfortable chairs around a "Fireplace" where you can roast meats, fish, paellas, etc. or simply enjoy the fire at night while savoring a good wine or drink. The Garden has lighting so our guests can enjoy it on a pleasant evening. Front balcony: Our guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa and lounge chairs to enjoy a happy hour or even an afternoon tea. Kitchen: The house has a complete kitchen with an internal barbecue and a support cart for meats. Glass-enclosed living room: Room attached to the kitchen with a dining table, cozy sofas and armchairs to enjoy nature and garden views. Living room with fireplace: Cozy living room with high ceilings and a beautiful fireplace built of river stones. The owners' personal decoration, with pieces acquired on their travels. Kids Space: Toys, games and books for children's entertainment. Other things to note 1-Stay: Parking is in front of the house (inside the property) with a capacity of 2 to 3 cars. Parking is not covered. Never park on the lawn. 2-Chuveiros and washer/dryer: To prevent lightfalls - Do not use both showers in the house at the same time. Try to bathe in alternating times. When using the washer/dryer, try not to use the showers at the same time. 3-Aquaters: There are heaters in the house all electric.
