WiFi available The space Our vacation home is located in the municipality of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, 800 m from the center of the village and 800 m from the nearest beach. It is a neo-Breton house (year 1970) on a 1000 m2 garden. The house includes on the ground floor - a living room with stove, dining room and integrated kitchen, all about 45 m2 and overlooking a south-facing terrace, - a bedroom with 1 bed 1.40, -1 shower room with sink, toilet, washing machine. - 1 toilet - a back kitchen On the 1st floor: -3 bedrooms respectively equipped with 1 bed 1.40, 2 beds 0.90 and 1 bed 0.90. (one bedroom is adjoining another) -1 bathroom with bathtub and sink - 1 toilet Garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, volleyball net, ... In the very close surroundings, there are a multitude of possible activities: beach, fishing, bicycles, (many bike paths), sailing club (dynamic sailing club), tennis, golf, walks on the coastal paths of the ocean but also the Gulf of Morbihan), etc. We are 30 km from Vannes, a pretty little medieval town (nearest train station) The small village of St Gildas is charming with a market every day in summer (twice a week outside of July/August), a supermarket, a library, café terraces, restaurants, etc. Guest access hello, your stay in St Gildas is approaching...
