The Rumah Tua beach cottage is for those who love peace and quiet, sun, sea, and beach. From April to October, the traditional fishermen's cottages stand on stilts on the beach. Literally and figuratively with your feet in the sand and waking up with a sea view from bed. ***This year, with upgraded electrical systems, a new refrigerator, and an induction stovetop for cooking.*** Subject to the rules of the beach cottage association *No parties *No loud music *No smoking *Pets not allowed. The space The American kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, a new refrigerator, and an induction stovetop. One bedroom has a bunk bed (2 single beds) and there is a double bed with a sea view in the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa and a dining table. A bathroom with a sink. The toilet/shower building is a 40-metre walk away. In front of and behind the cottage, there is a terrace with a seating area. Guest access The beach cottage is a tiny house measuring 28 m² (4 m x 7 m); life here is primarily spent outdoors. In bad weather, the cottage is well insulated and cozy to stay in. Other things to note - Maximum 2 adults + 2 children. - Parking card is negotiable (cash 30 euros deposit). - Please adhere to the beach association's rules (which will be provided to you) - Do not cause noise nuisance between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (social control among beach residents) - ALWAYS extinguish candles and close doors/windows when leaving the beach house in connection with unexpected weather changes such as gusts of wind!!!
