The Suite is in rural location in the garden of a historic Kentish Oast House with views over five acre garden, paddocks and small woodland . It is self contained with complete privacy. It's a Large room beautifully fitted out to high standard, tastefully decorated ensuite bathroom with large shower, Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, (no oven or hob) also has an outside area with bistro table and chairs for your relaxation. Ideal for couples and business travellers. The space The property has very private entrance accessed by a secure key coded/fob entrance gate and additionally from the main house . The Suite is self contained and is 35 m/r or so from the main house, and there is a private studio above which is sometimes occupied by other quests . The location is close to the village of Lenham which has a large number of shops for your essentials, a bakers, news agents chemist, 2 pubs, coffee shop, chip shop with Fish restaurant, Chinese restaurant/take away, post office and more. There is an newly refurbished pub called The Wishful Thinker within walking distance which is highly recommended. The local country market is held on the second Sunday of every month, selling local produce. Tea coffee milk and bottled water supplied for your arrival. Other things to note No candles to be used inside the property. The grounds are not all for communal use, only the front garden paddocks and small woodland area.
