Barn in Surrey

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing. The space The Piggery, reconstructed in 2015, has an open-plan living area that was converted from an old piggery structure and has wonderful, exposed beams. The main living space is open plan and has a dining area, fully fitted kitchen and lounge area. There is a wall mounted HD smart TV. The kitchen has a full-size gas range, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine and its own washing machine.
Off the hallway, the bedroom has a comfortable king-sized double bed and plenty of space for a travel cot - we can provide one if needed, along with a highchair. The shower room is modern with a high flow rain shower. 
All of the rooms are underfloor heated and on ground floor level. All lighting is dimmable, and the barn has WiFi throughout. The barn is located 2 miles from Guildford in the 9-acre grounds of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. There is ample parking for your cars in the courtyard.
We can provide locked, indoor storage for bicycles if required.
There is a dedicated outdoor seating area for you to enjoy the private unrestricted views which look out over our fields towards Peasmarsh and Charterhouse School. A BBQ is available during summer. There is also a hot tub, but it has to be requested whilst booking, due to set up of hot tub prior to arrival. Guest access The self-contained Piggery is attached to our Home. Check in, is via a dedicated key box. Other things to note Please note, we have a private swimming pool in our grounds, which isn’t enclosed and not for use by guests. Young children therefore need to be monitored by an adult. The dedicated hot tub needs to be requested when booking to allow for set up prior to arrival
