Double room + free breakfast in welcoming home

Our Fern guest room is a comfortable room with a double bed, hospitality tray, wash basin, chair, drawers and cupboard. Fern is on the third floor, which is for private use by guests, so it is very peaceful, but we're on hand downstairs to help you if needed. Guest kitchenette is provided on ground floor. We're located a 10-15 mins walk from Farnham station and town centre/ Maltings / UCA/ NDW and King Alfred's way. For groups of 3-4 please book both this room AND our Sweet Pea room. The space Hospitality tray provided in bedroom, equipped with everything you'll need for drinks. We also provide a complimentary light breakfast in our family dining room if you want it for each day of your day. The selection will vary, but will always include your choice from homemade bread/ toast, homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit and cereals Guest access Bedroom, bathroom with shower/ bath and a separate toilet, all on the same floor, which is for guests only (we live on the floors below). On the landing between the two guest rooms is a desk and chair which you can use if you need to work or study when you're staying with us. During your stay We work from home, so are often around if you need us, but the guest bedrooms (x2) are on the top floor, separate from our family and workspace Other things to note We are working hard to make our home as environmentally friendly as possible and reduce our use of plastics. We make our own bread, preserves and muesli, and use eco friendly products as much as possible safe place to store bikes in our locked garden
