Warm Cosy and Friendly

Room is light and airy with an en-suite which has a walk-in shower. There is a hospitality tray provided. The accommodation can be reached from Newcastle airport by metro or taxi. The metro will take you to about everywhere around the neighbouring areas. The nearest bus stop is at the top of the street from where you can take the bus into the city centre (Sunderland) which takes about 10 minutes or the nearest metro station is a 10 minute walk. The space The accommodation is in close proximity to a bus and metro route, Sunderland university, city centre, Stadium of Light, Empire theatre and the seafront. The metro runs regularly to Newcastle and the airport. The city centre has lots of bars and restaurants. Guest access From the entrance you will climb a flight of stairs to the bedroom and you will have your own en suite bathroom. There is no access to the lounge or kitchen. During your stay I am available by text or e-mail to answer any questions you may have. As i enjoy socialising i will be more than happy to engage in a conversation with guests if they wish to do so.
