Here you can comfortably take off shoes and jackets before immersing yourself in the individual living areas. 🛏️ The bedrooms Two cozy bedrooms with large double beds (180 cm wide each) and high-quality mattresses guarantee restful nights. Both rooms have enough storage space for your clothes – from spacious closets to storage options – so that you feel at home even on vacation. Calm colors and atmospheric lighting complete the feel-good ambience. 🛋️ The living room In the spacious living area, a cozy sofa – which can be transformed into a sofa bed for two additional guests if necessary – invites you to relax. Whether a movie night together, social gatherings or just a good book: Here you can spend pleasant hours in the best of company. 🍳 The kitchen & dining area Our modern, fully equipped kitchen is openly integrated into the living and dining area and offers everything you need for culinary experiences – from stove, oven and refrigerator to coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. At the large dining table, all guests will find space to enjoy meals together with great views of the Rhine's hilly landscape. 🚿 The bathrooms The apartment has a stylish bathroom as well as a guest toilet. A special highlight is the walk-in rain shower in the main bathroom with a large washbasin as well as a washing machine and dryer – also ideal for longer stays. The second bathroom is practically equipped and provides additional comfort, especially if you are traveling with several people. 🌅 The balcony On the large balcony you will find a comfortable lounge with a fantastic view of the Rhine. Enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset – a place where a holiday mood is guaranteed. 🏡 Who is the apartment ideal for? The property is perfect for 4 people, but thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable time together. If necessary, we will also gladly provide you with a baby cot and a high chair – so even the smallest guests feel completely comfortable. Public parking is available directly in the street. We look forward to your visit! Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Guest fee & guest card Prior to arrival, an online check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. A guest fee (tourist tax) of €2.50 per person per night applies for the stay. This is not included in the nightly rate. Children and adolescents up to and including 18 years of age are exempt from paying. Payment is made conveniently via Airbnb or by bank transfer prior to arrival. Once the online check-in form has been completed in full and the guest fee has been received, the guest card will be sent digitally to a valid email address. This card offers various discounts in the region. During your stay, we will provide you with high quality bed linen as well as towels. Coffee pads and tea are ready for you to welcome you.
