Please review the House Rules. 🖤Important information🖤 Property located in a very quiet residence with year-round neighbors and vigilant owners. This home is for quiet stays (couples, business trips, rest) and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or festive stays. Residents supervise the residence and immediately notify me of any noise, butts thrown out of the windows, or the presence of undeclared guests. You may be asked for an additional fee in the event of complaints from the neighborhood. ⚠️In order to confirm that you have read the listing correctly, please indicate in your booking message: “Listing read and payment accepted.” Guest access 🔑 Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation 🏡: living room, fully equipped kitchen 🍽️, sleeping area 🛏️ and bathroom 🚿. The accommodation is completely private and reserved exclusively for guests for the duration of the stay, to ensure comfort, privacy and tranquility😌. Check-in is done independently, for more freedom and flexibility, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival: ✔️ lockbox location, ✔️ access code, ✔️ step-by-step instructions to enter the accommodation, so that your installation can proceed with complete peace of mind, at your own pace. ⏰ Late check-in Arrivals after 11 p.m. are still possible, provided that absolute quiet is respected, in accordance with the rules of the co-ownership trustee (quiet residence). Very quiet ⚠️ residence with neighbors year-round. Noise disturbance, presence of undeclared guests, or butts thrown out of the windows may result in immediate intervention and additional costs. 🔹 Note: the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. So it may not be suitable for people with disabilities or guests with very heavy luggage. Listing 🔹 capacity: The space is designed for 2 people🛏️. However, it is possible to accommodate an extra person thanks to the sofa bed🛋️, which expands to form a bed (it is not a traditional sofa bed). 🔹 Arrival and quiet of the residence: Check-in is done independently from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., without difficulty. Arrivals after 11pm remain possible, as long as you respect absolute calm, according to the rules of the co-op board (quiet residence)🌙.
