Entrance Level • Living room with sofa group and Smart TV (log into your own streaming services). • Kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and coffee maker. • Washing machine located in the kitchen. • Guest WC. • Direct access to terraces and garden. Upstairs • Bedroom 1: Double bed and wardrobe. • Bedroom 2: Two single beds and wardrobe. • Main bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. GUEST HOUSE • Separate unit with sofa bed and private bathroom (shower and toilet). • Suitable for shorter visits or added flexibility, but not recommended for extended use over several weeks. Summer Rental Structure The house is rented during summer season with fixed weekly stays (Saturday–Saturday). Suitability Best suited for families or multi-generational stays. Not intended for youth or party-focused groups. Bed Linen & Towels Bed linen and towels can be rented for 300 SEK per person per stay. The linen is professionally laundered and pressed to hotel standard. Guests are also welcome to bring their own. Cleaning The house is professionally cleaned between each stay. Air Conditioning & Fans There is central air conditioning on the ground floor, as well as several portable fans available for warm summer days.
