Our pool villa is quietly yet centrally located in a popular residential area between Santa Ponsa (beach within walking distance) and Costa de la Calma. Thanks to full air conditioning, underfloor heating and high-speed Internet, it is just as suitable for a workation with fantastic workplaces as for a relaxing family vacation all year round. The pool terrace with outdoor kitchen embedded in a Mediterranean garden leaves nothing to be desired even for barbecue fans. The space The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is located in the southwest of the island. The house is located in a quiet and popular residential area between Santa Ponsa and Costa de la Calma. A Mediterranean garden of palm trees, flowering hedges and typical plants surrounds the entire property. Here you can enjoy a vacation for special demands or a productive business trip with plenty of privacy. The villa has been modernized inside and outside since 2017, and in 2023 completely new bathrooms were installed. From the airport via the highway towards Andratx (south) you can reach your accommodation in approx. 25 minutes. Shopping, bars, restaurants and the sandy beach of Santa Ponsa are in the immediate vicinity (via a footpath 10-15 min.). The golf courses of Santa Ponsa and Poniente can be reached in about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The exclusive marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals as well as the bays and sandy beaches of Peguera, Cas Català, Ses Illetes and Cala Major are just a few minutes away by car. Port d'Andratx – for many the most beautiful port town on the island – is also just 10 minutes away by car. The port of Palma, the cathedral and beautiful old town can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Due to the proximity to Santa Ponsa and Palma, you have a perfect infrastructure even in the winter months. Villa Calmatzó is an ideally located and equipped accommodation to spend the increasingly popular winter months on the island with various Christmas markets and various day spas. Enjoy the large pool terrace and the Mediterranean garden with lots of privacy incl. an outdoor kitchen, as well as the unobstructed view of the adjacent green zone and the Tramuntana mountains. The bright and friendly living room with separate dining area and monitor workstation offers an unobstructed view of the turquoise pool and spacious garden. The large dining table for 8 people is (optionally) equipped with a whiteboard to make meetings as productive as possible. You can cook like at home in a well-equipped kitchen. And barbecue fans will get their money's worth with an additional outdoor kitchen incl. professional gas grill, sink and generous work surface. The wonderful tranquility, 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and cozy box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm) ensure a healthy and relaxing night's sleep. The two spacious bathrooms were completely redesigned in 2023. With large washbasins, plenty of storage space and storage space, they enable comfortable and stress-free use even with 6 adults.
