Welcome to my 3-room apartment in the center of Herzogenaurach. The apartment is located in a beautiful 120-year-old villa. It offers everything you need to relax after a hard day's work or to spend a few lovely days. On the ground floor is the popular Casa Mexicana, which will gladly provide you with snacks and cool drinks. Ample parking is available directly at the building. I would be delighted to welcome you as my guests The space You can make yourself comfortable in the 90-square-meter duplex apartment. On the lower level there is a high-quality and very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer. A few steps lead to the upper level, where there are two separate bedrooms and a 30 sqm living room. The two bedrooms are completely separated without a connecting door. This gives you privacy if you are traveling with work colleagues or friends. Other things to note The apartment has fast Wi-Fi on both levels. Please note the smoking ban in the rooms. After moving out, a cleaning fee of 40 euros will be charged, but this is already included in the price when booking.
