Our bright, new, cozy and warm studio apartment is located in Pesochny village, St. Petersburg, on Sadovaya street, 88 in a modern new residential complex, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, Sberbank, pharmacy, grocery stores. 5 minutes walk to the Petrov Research Institute and the Oncology Center. We take great care of our guests, the apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay and rest, so that you feel at home. We will be glad to see you. Welcome:) The space Pesochny village is the nearest suburb of St. Petersburg. The Gulf of Finland is nearby, the beach is wonderful in summer. Near the house there is a forest, shops, pharmacies, bank, bus stop. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. Guest access You have access to a room with a kitchen, an entrance hall and a bathroom. Other things to note Check-in and check-out are possible at your convenience. But I wish it wasn't a night. We can agree on everything:)
