Welcome to our beautiful apartment suite S+3 for a quiet holiday in the heart of nature. Whether you are alone, as a couple or as a family, you will find a beautiful and spacious suite at your disposal. Window door opening onto a terrace and grassy grounds with mountain views to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The space The beautiful S+3 suite includes three bedrooms (a master bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom and two bedrooms each with two single beds), a very large living room, dining room, a large fully equipped modern kitchen, a second private bathroom and a shower room, and a flat screen TV. The suite enjoys beautiful and wide dressing room. The air conditioning is located in the living room and the large master bedroom. The suite of a separate entrance sits on the ground floor and opens to a terrace and grassy lot dotted with fruit trees and ornaments. It has access to swimming pools for adults and children. The sea with its beautiful beaches is only 7 minutes by car. The suite may accommodate up to 10 persons. What can you do from the residence? After the pretty sunrise over the sea, you can choose to take a walk and hike in the surrounding fields, or a quad or horse trip offered by the tourist center next door. Lounge on the terrace for sunbathing, reading, or dreaming. In the lawned gardens of the residence, you will enjoy great tranquility under the song of birds. Swimming for young and old, with a 12x5m swimming pool for adults and a 3m diameter swimming pool for children. Also, you can choose to stay relax in the shade of the trees to read, have a drink and chat while enjoying great tranquility and rest. Or do you prefer to be active and head to the city to discover and enjoy the multitude of local entertainment or to the beach for a swim or a walk on the beautiful fine sands of the region. And after the splendid sunset, you can go down town and enjoy the various and varied entertainment of the medina and enjoy a Mediterranean meal on the beach or terrace. Our residence is in the greenery between Yasmine Hammamet and Bouficha just 7 minutes drive from the beautiful Hammamet beach with its crystal clear blue water and downtown Yasmine Hammamet with its Mediterranean medina, port and various and varied shops. Guest access - All the apartment is at your unique and entire disposal. - The residence has its own private parking and is guarded day and night. Other things to note The apartment is suitable for married couples and families looking for calm and nature and less for single people. For Tunisian couples, a marriage contract would be necessary.
