Spacious Family home set in a peaceful garden with swimming pool, tennis court, children’s play area, trampoline, outdoor dining area, bbq, playroom & air hockey table. Situated in a beautiful village just 8 mins from Henley-on-Thames, lots of scenic country walks on the doorstep, from the local woodland & river to the Chiltern Way. Central London only 25 minutes by train from Twyford (at peak times), a 10 minute drive away. Easily accessible from M4, junction 8 / 9 only 12 minute drive The space Newly renovated kitchen, living, dining area & bathrooms. Large family style kitchen, living, dining room with sliding doors opening to the garden. A large family home consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, playroom and large (fully equipped) family kitchen with rangemaster oven, dishwasher and a separate larder and utility space for laundry where you’ll find an American fridge freezer. We have a (well stocked!) play room that you are welcome to use, but please bear in mind this is our family home so please be respectful of our toys, games and personal possessions. There is a bright and spacious formal living room currently home to an air hockey table, but this can be moved upon request. The house has ultra fast fibre broadband meaning you can connect to the office with ease (although we do hope you will relax and have fun whilst here!) Upstairs there is a master bedroom (super king bed) with en suite bathroom, two children’s bunk rooms, a family bathroom & a further kingsize double room with en suite. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Outside is a children’s (& adults!) paradise with a climbing frame, sandpit, swing set and trampoline. Further fun awaits as at the end of the garden is a den building area. Enjoy a friendly knock about or fierce competition down on the tennis court. We can recommend a local tennis coach should you want to have some lessons whilst here. Or maybe a refreshing dip and afternoon of fun in the swimming pool (this can be heated for an additional fee). Please note pool not available October to April as closed for the winter months. There is an outdoor dining area and two sofa seating areas to ensure you can always find a sunny spot! We have a dog who lives at the property (although she will not be here when you are). This is a no smoking property.
