Description

Spacious, modern and comfortable family home in the Castlereagh area of Belfast. Lots of space for 9 people with 4 double bedrooms. Peaceful residential location, 10 minutes drive to the centre of town. 10 minutes walk to local shops and bus stop. The space Situated on the side of the hill, we have a panoramic view across the whole of Belfast, the Lough and the hills beyond. Belfast City Airport is a 15 minute drive away. There is easy access to the road system to all parts of Northern Ireland. There is a secure back garden and plenty of free parking both on the driveway and on the road. Guest access The house is a substantial detached two storey residence with off road parking for 2 cars and street parking for additional vehicles. The property is heated with oil fired central heating throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining room. A TV room with an open fireplace and additional large sitting room provides ample socialising space. Upstairs there is a king size room with ensuite, another king size room, a double room and a smaller queen size (4ft) room. There is also a bathroom upstairs and additional WC downstairs. The washing machine is situated in the utility room off the kitchen. Please note that we do not have a freezer. At the rear, there is a nice raised terrace (children will need to be supervised as there are no railings) and steps down into a small enclosed garden. The street is very quiet and residential. The only traffic in this road is from the people who live in the street. We require that your profile includes a verified government ID so please complete this before requesting a booking.
