There is easy access to the road system to all parts of Northern Ireland. There is a secure back garden and plenty of free parking both on the driveway and on the road. Guest access The house is a substantial detached two storey residence with off road parking for 2 cars and street parking for additional vehicles. The property is heated with oil fired central heating throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining room. A TV room with an open fireplace and additional large sitting room provides ample socialising space. Upstairs there is a king size room with ensuite, another king size room, a double room and a smaller queen size (4ft) room. There is also a bathroom upstairs and additional WC downstairs.
