The 64 sqm large, newly renovated apartment is located directly in the city center in a half-timbered house from 1889. Take a deep breath in the climate of the clay frame and enjoy the sight of the old, refurbished wooden floorboards. Right next door is the city park. Also enjoy the morning view of the treetops of this historic park every morning. Stay in the centre of the climatic spa and can also enjoy nature in a unique silence. The space Apartment includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as your own drying facility can be used free of charge from a week's stay. The basement is also suitable for storing, for example, skiing. Included in the price is a SmartTV with cable TV and Wi-Fi with DSL 200,000. Bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and final cleaning are also included. We've also provided some board games and books for your kids. Guest access Accessing the separately lockable apartment success via a shared house entrance. Then a staircase leads you to the apartment on the 1st floor. The bathroom and one of the two bedrooms are on the first floor (2nd floor). Other things to note Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. Please communicate this to us before booking!
