Cottage in Kemiön Strömma, by the sea, at the end of the driveway. * Private beach * Cottage approx. 80m2 + large glazed terrace on two floors (summer living room): Kitchen, front, living room, sauna, sauna room (incl. toilet), upstairs sleeping areas with partitions, no closing doors * Kitchen equipment: fridge/freezer, stove, fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle * In the sauna area, there is a wood-fired stove, shower, washing machine * Heating: Fireplace and air pump * Wood-fired sauna in connection with the outdoor shed and toilet inside The space The beach is a shallow sandy beach that turns muddy as the water deepens. There is a jetty on the beach and a dredged channel for a boat. Guests have access to a rowboat. For an additional fee of €70/week, a 4hp motor is available for the boat. The motor rental is charged for as many weeks as the accommodation. The engine may sometimes be in use elsewhere, so we cannot guarantee the availability of the engine. Supporting sit-on-top kayaks can also be rented at a separate price. There are a lot of birds in the area and they also take over the beaches of the settlements at night. We have a variety of bird deterrents that restrict their presence, and we are happy to provide guidance on their use. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. They are available for rent at a separate price of 20€/person. A fine of €60 will be charged for a stay without sheets, a sleeping bag does not replace sheets. Final cleaning will be charged in connection with the rent. This price covers the cleaning of the basic clean cottage. If the cottage is not in a basic condition and items have been left in the cottage (e.g. games, toys or other items requiring organization), you will be charged according to the cleaning time spent. Pets Pets are welcome to come to the cottage for a holiday. Dogs and cats can stay downstairs and on the terrace. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on the beds, or on the sofa.
