Modern, family villa 30 min from Stockholm city

Our house is located in Hemmesta in Värmdö just outside of Stockholm. It is a modern home with large, open spaces and a large terrace and garden (1 200 m2) near nature. The bus takes 30 min to Stockholm city. Värmdö is part of Stockholm's archipelago with beautiful settings "around the corner". The space We have a large living room including dining area which the kitchen is open towards. Here is also the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a ”work station” room with large sofa with glass doors towards the terrace. There is a bathroom with shower and WC. We have a computer (Mac) and wi-fi which you can use as much as you like. We have a basement with two bedrooms. Both with 140 cm beds. Here is also a very large bathroom with sauna, tub, shower, a separate wc and laundry. Outdoor we have a table tennis table. Please also use our BBQ on the terrace. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Other things to note We have rented out our house on airbnb twice and done 15+ home exchanges with other families (we live in their home, they live in ours), so we are used to introducing and having other families in our home. It is only 30 minutes far from Stockholm city, one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, very well communicated by bus. We have enjoyed so much museums (Vasa and Skansen above all), terraces and long walks along the city. Cecilia, Christian and their children are simply lovely. The swap was perfect from the beginning because you feel that you can trust them completely, and to the end because they took care of our house the same or better than ourselves.
