Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible The space Very quiet allowing the perfect rest appreciated on vacation but also if you work in the area. One bed for 2 people. No smoking allowed in the accommodation. No pets allowed in the accommodation. Your immediate neighborhood is the barnyard, then the sheep and a little further away 1 mare and a donkey. Cleaning must be done before checkout. Guest access Private property with ample parking dedicated to the accommodation indicated by 2 signs after entering the property. Other things to note Giverville: small village 1 km away without any shops. 7 km from Lieurey, small town with all the shops, doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, dentist, several bars and 2 restaurants. No electric car charging on site included in the price of course.
