Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car. The space Romantic, lovingly furnished apartment on two floors with private entrance in the idyllic thatched roof house. Very well suited for parents with a child. Toys and a lawn area are available on the property. I can provide a high chair and a stair gate on request. A playground is near. Living, sleeping and cooking in the attic, the bathroom and the wardrobe are on the ground floor. On the open-plan upper floor, the cozy living room with sofa and armchair invites you to relax, equipped with TV, radio and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stove, mini oven (pizza size!), microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Also available: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sufficient dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, basic spices, coffee and tea. A dining table with 4 chairs, which can also be used as a workplace (sockets available). An open, visually separated bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). A separate bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), which is very suitable as a children's room. Equipped with blankets (135x200cm) and pillows (40x80cm), no down duvets. Bedding is provided. On the ground floor is the entrance area with a wardrobe and the bathroom. This is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Towels, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper are provided. There is a washing machine and dryer in the anteroom, which can be used for an extra fee. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. There are various seating areas for you in the courtyard and in the garden. Unfortunately no pets are permitted. Guest access The front door is your entrance, the parking lot just across the street. On the farm there is a seating area and access to the lawn. Bicycles can be accommodated in the shed. Other things to note The tumble dryer and washing machine (incl. detergent) can be used for a fee of €5.00 per appliance. I will be happy to provide blankets and towels for the beach if needed.
