Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car. The space Romantic, lovingly furnished apartment on two floors with private entrance in the idyllic thatched cottage. Very suitable for parents with children, toys and play facilities available on the premises. On request I can provide a high chair and baby travel crib. A playground is nearby. Living, sleeping and cooking in the attic. The bathroom and wardrobe are on the first floor. On the open upper floor, the cozy living room with sofa and armchair invites you to relax, equipped with TV, radio and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stovetop, mini oven (pizza size!), dishwasher and fridge. Also available: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sufficient dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, basic spices, coffee and tea. A dining table with 4 chairs, which can also be used as a workplace (sockets available). An open, optically separated bedroom with double bed (160x200cm). A separate bedroom with single bed (90 × 200 cm), which is very suitable as a children's room. Equipped with blankets (135 x 200 cm) and pillows (40 x 80 cm), no down comforters. Bedding is provided. On the ground floor is the entrance area with wardrobe and the bathroom. This is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Towels, hairdryer, soap, and toilet paper are provided. In the anteroom there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which can be used for an extra charge. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. In the courtyard and in the garden there are various seating areas available for you. Unfortunately no pets are permitted. Guest access The front door is your entrance, the parking lot is directly across the street. In the courtyard is a seating area and access to the lawn. There are more cozy seating and lying options there. Bikes can be stored in the shed. Other things to note The clothes dryer and the washing machine (incl. laundry detergent) can be used for a fee of €5 each. I will gladly provide you with blankets and towels for the beach if needed.
