Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, for 1-4 guests. The apartment is completely renovated, with new furnishing and equipment. It is on the second floor of the old house. The house is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, in the city center. Škoda factory is within a walking distance. Suitable for people coming for work on short- and long-term stays. Not suitable for children. Long-term stays are preferred. Price for one night is 50% higher, and is only accepted in last minute, 1-2 days before. The space The bedrooms are bright and spacious (20m2). The guests can use a fully equipped kitchen for preparing light meals. The large bathroom and a toilet have all essentials. The washing machine can be used with 8EUR/200CZK charge (detergent included). Parking is freely available at the street in front of the house. Guest access Guests are using the entire apartment. Housekeeping is entering according to schedule to clean the apartment. The garden is not intended for guests use, except for smoking or short stay outside.
