Welcome to our sweet little Franklin home! We love this neighborhood and that this home is perfectly situated in the historic downtown Sparta area. While here you will be within a very short distance to parks, the Sparta-Elroy bike trail, and Ft McCoy. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large front porch or take it with you and wander down Franklin St to the downtown area. All of our guests have access to the garage for parking and storing bikes, kayaks, etc. Please note that this is an early 1900s home which has been converted into a multifamily unit. You may notice some of the "charm" of this old lady during your stay such as the flooring may be uneven in some areas. The front porch is also a common area for guests in all three of our units to enjoy together. During the winter months (November - April) the city enforces alternate side of the street parking. Please contact me if you have PCS'd and are looking to stay while PTDY and searching for a home. While we do not live on site, however, we are available at all hours for any questions or concerns. Located within walking distance to parks, the Aquatic Center, historic downtown Sparta, and a short ride from the Sparta-Elroy bike trail.
