Our second non-smoking holiday apartment is around a senior and in large parts handicapped accessible apartment on the ground floor without steps and with wide doors. It has a new fitted kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and 40" flat screen TV and a bedroom with double bed. In the bathroom is a flat shower, toilet and washbasin as well as washing machine and dryer (for a fee). LAN/WLAN with 60 Mbit/s available. Parking right outside the door. Terrace and barbecue in the garden. The space Since 2025, we have a wallbox for charging electric vehicles in the carport as well as a mobile box for the connection in the barn, both with max. 11 Kw. Please use on request. Guest access Gartenstraße is a quiet residential area without through traffic. Parking is possible directly in the yard or in the carport. Other things to note Bed linen, towels, tea towels are included. Pets on request.
