Sleeps 8/9 (plus baby/infant cot). This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 sitting room modern house located in-between Granville and Avranches in the Normandy countryside has a large quiet garden in peaceful surroundings. During the summer there is a mobile bakery and pizza van twice a week (in the local campsite) and the nearest village/supermarkets is a 5/10 minute drive. Perfect for cycling, walking, golf, days at the beach and historic Normandy. Parking for 2/3 cars. The space The salon is equipped with a television (French and English TV), a DVD player, VHS player, hifi (bluetooth), two comfortable three-seater sofas and an extending dining table that seats 8 people. All views downstairs are of the extensive garden (lawn and trees).There is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, slow cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee-maker and espresso maker) and everything you need to cook and savour the local food, plus an extending breakfast table. The downstairs bathroom is bright and has a big shower stall and separate WC. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a small double bed and is the largest of the three bedrooms. It has in-built storage and shelving and views into the back garden. Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms which lead off from the upstairs salon, which has two sofas. The larger bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing table and wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has a kingsize bed and a single bed with storage drawers and hanging space. All views upstairs are of the garden and local countryside. All three bedrooms can be 'blacked out' at night as they have electric shutters. Two travel cots and two highchairs are available. The garden has a small pond, football goalposts and a swing set, plus various toys. There is a table with 8 chairs and a large bbq. The garden surrounds the house on all four sides and is accessed via electric gates, for which you will be given a code. There is a key safe for the house keys.
