Old Town Modern Studio.

Whether you are a couple, a family or friends you will appreciate life in our classy art studio building and on the big terrasse to the garden. Inside you find a friendly and light living space. The 2. floor is a 35 m2 built-in floor. Here You sleep and relax. First floor contains kitchen, bathroom and the spacious studio room. Have your meals around the round table here or paint*, workout, dance or just enjoy the open and light studio atmosphere. The space *If you want to be creative during your holiday you have the possibility here. In the studio there is acces to easels, brushes, palettes etc. For an extra fee you can have acces to acrylic colors and/or supervision from one of your hosts who are both experienced artists and art teachers. Kuldiga is a brilliant choice to stay and paint for a week. Guest access From the building you walk directly into the garden. The large terrace faces south. Here you can have your meals or just undisturbed enjoy the sun sitting or lying on the lawn. Other things to note Parking is just outside the house. In the town basically everything is in a walking distance as the house is situated in the old part of Kuldiga - that part which in September 2023 was added to the UNESCO world heritage list. Kuldiga is situated in the heart of the region "Kurzeme" Big forests, wide views but also many interesting sites and towns can be reached in less than an hour. The sea is 40 km. away and in peaceful Jūrkalne you will find the coast with amazing beaches and high cliffs.
