Small stone house in the heart of Bécherel

Located in the city of books, 30 minutes from Rennes on the Saint Malo axis, close to the must-see sites: Saint Malo, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel, Dinan. The accommodation is a renovated stone townhouse close to all shops. It consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double and 2 single beds. Whether you're coming for a vacation, a weekend or work, you're welcome. Please note that the municipality is currently under construction. The space The accommodation is a small stone house typical of the Bécherel area. Over 200 years old, it has been completely renovated while keeping its charm to welcome you in the best way possible. There is a small courtyard to have breakfast in the sun or have a barbecue. Other things to note The house is located in the historic center of Bécherel, and is therefore classified and subject to the buildings of France, which imposes rules on renovation. Due to lack of budget to comply with all these rules, we cannot change the double glazed windows at this time (a budget of €25,000, which we do not have). The current windows are of very good quality but in single glazing which can let noise through. We are happy to host you in good conditions, and make every effort to make you feel at home!!
