Reservation required ✓ When booking, please let us know if a second bed or one or more sofa beds should be prepared because you need separate sleeping arrangements. If we don't hear from you, our cleaning team will assume that only one bed or sofa bed is needed for every 2 people. ✓ The pet fee is €30. Please let us know and pay or add it to your booking before arrival. ✓ No smoking: If there is a smell of smoke in the apartment, an extra fee of €200 will be charged. ✓ The terrace/balcony are outdoor areas and therefore not free of dirt/dust. Leaves, branches, dirt, etc. are falling all the time. The area therefore cannot be free of dirt and dust. If it rains, the cushions for the seating area will get wet, and it will take some time for them to dry again.
