NAO Eifelhaus von 1875 mit Garten
Description
Our house has stood in Üxheim in the Volcanic Eifel since 1875 – a real Eifel house with thick stone walls and plenty of quiet. Not an anonymous holiday rental, but a place lovingly furnished by our family, who has owned it for three generations. Set in a peaceful village, surrounded by nature. Maars, hiking trails and castles are just minutes away – or you simply stay. Sit in the garden, listen to the birds, read, do nothing. Arrive. Unwind. nao. The space The house spans two floors, with each room having its own character: - Three bedrooms – one with a double bed, two with single beds - A bathroom with a freestanding bathtub for relaxation - Kitchen, living and dining area with a handcrafted Japanese dining table and chairs - Shower room on the ground floor - Garden with a lilac tree for sitting outside, reading or doing nothing And for those who don't want to switch off completely: Wi-Fi and a discreet smart TV are also available. Guest access The entire house is yours – both floors, all rooms, the garden. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need for cooking, from pans to olive oil. Towels, bed linen and a hairdryer are provided. Extra blankets are in the bedroom wardrobe in case it gets cool in the evening. And we've put together tips on hikes, restaurants and favourite spots for you in the house. Free parking right in front of the barn by the house. Other things to note - The thick stone walls keep the house naturally cool in summer - As a family-owned home, it is furnished with personal details that we are happy to share – and that we hope you will appreciate just as much - Freilinger See, Gerolstein, Kasselburg and Nürburgring each reachable in about 20 minutes
