It is a 10-minute walk (approx. 1 km) to the town center and 1 minute by car from the B35 Gölshausen junction. Bretten train station is 2.4 km away. The open-plan apartment with a large wooden terrace (30 m²) and water feature is located on the garden floor of the owners' detached house. Other things to note It is easily accessible via a small staircase with a separate entrance, with a stair lift on request. Ideal for 2 people, crib available on request. Next to the large, light-flooded living/bedroom with sitting area including TV and audio system and direct access to the terrace (illuminated, electric awning) is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, bubble machine ... The apartment can be rented as a vacation apartment or as a temporary residence.
