Big 4BD House with gorgeous mountain view “Carpe Diem Residence” If you want to enjoy the beautiful Polish nature with its national park pearls, amazing mountains, great lakes and other nature’s beauties, located in the middle all the must see places the Lesser Poland district has to offer, then this is the place you’d feel perfectly at home in. A big, fully equipped+ and renovated 4BD House which can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably, but up to 12 if needed. The space It has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets, a bathroom (both shower and bathtub), a modern bar, two big terraces (1 under a roof and 1 in the open) all that with a 250 m2 yard and all the utilities you will need to have comfortable, worry-free holidays. It is very suitable for families with children. It can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, so even two families can spend fantastic holidays here, in the middle of the nature. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, induction plate, fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, and everything you need for preparing and eating fresh meals. It has a view on uncultivated land where you can spot dears. The Bathroom has both a shower and a separate bathtub. A modern bar to be found in the basement, with a poker table, several boardgames and the bar has a door to roofed terrace where you can find a big wooden table for 8 people, and with the gas grill plate, it’s possible to have a BBQ in every season and weather condition. There are two living rooms, one with a dining table, which has a door to an open-air terrace, and another living room which comes with a projector for the ultimate movie and gaming ambiance, and a third room which has a tv and is suitable as a bedroom as well. On the open terrace you can enjoy in a lounge and there are two comfortable floating chairs. A big parasol can be set up here for when the sun is at his best. There is a privacy screen which can be easily put into place (fixed). Here you can fully unwind and enjoy the nature at its best. A Cinema Projector, a PlayStation with plenty of games and great surround sound will fill your evenings or rainy days. All bedrooms have big beds and upon request there is a 40 cm high king-size air mattress available with automatic pump. There is parking place for up to three cars, and there is a garage. We have a couple bikes available, which you can use to explore the area. Guest access Guests Can acces almost all parts except a couple storage rooms in the basement, this will be shown.
