Jersey - Luxury apartment near beach with parking

This beautifully finished and furnished luxury ground floor apartment has the benefit of being level walking distance to the lovely bay of Grouville, with its long sandy beach and golf course on the door step. It is on a main bus route, 5 minutes to Gorey harbour and Mont Orgueil Castle, 20 minutes to the island capital of St Helier. The apartment is close to the beach and we have some of the best scenic walks and bike rides. Perfect for making the most of what Jersey has to offer. The space Our stunning apartment has an open plan lounge and dining room, a shaker style kitchen fully stocked with crockery, utensils and all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. It has been tastefully decorated with a nautical and seaside theme throughout. The bedroom has a double bed, and there is a luxuriously appointed spacious shower room. Double doors open to a private patio area and table at the rear for outside meals or sunbathing. There’s even a washing line. Parking is on the drive outside for up to 2 guest cars. The apartment door is wide and the whole area is on level ground which might suit those that require this. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance. There is a comfy double sofa bed and single sofa in the lounge and a dining table for 4, which would accommodate an extra guest or two. A travel cot or toddler bed can also be provided. TV and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has electric heating and is great for year-round use. We provide a welcome hamper to get you started. Should you have any special requirements Eleanor and Ed will be happy to assist. Information about what you can do, see and visit is provided. Ed is a keen fisherman, he can provide information about sea fishing, boating, boat trips and water sports. All bedding and towels (including extras for beach trips) are included. For younger visitors we have toys, buckets and spades. Jersey has beautiful coastal scenery, some of the best beaches in Europe, a wealth of excellent restaurants, tourist attractions for all ages and historic landmarks just waiting to be explored, using our apartment as your home. Guest access The apartment adjoins our house and is self contained. There is dedicated parking for 2 guest cars on the drive and a secure point to lock bikes. Other things to note There are Coop and Iceland supermarkets and a petrol station nearby with ATM. Gorey has some of the best restaurants in Jersey, specialising in seafood, one of the best is within walking distance and the Pembroke Inn is next door, providing 'pub grub', play area and outdoor space.
