The Méliromarine

Located in the very pretty village of Bréhémont, on the "La Loire à Vélo" cycle path, the Gîte de La Méliromarine is open year-round for tourist and professional stays (15 km from Avoine). Our Gîte is suitable for couples and families with children for a holiday in the countryside, as well as business travelers looking for a perfectly equipped place to enjoy their evenings and weekends. The space The gîte de la Méliromarine, refurbished in 2024, will be an ideal place for you to enjoy the tourist activities offered in the area. Maximum 2 adults in the home, and 2 children. In a green setting, adjoining our family home, our cottage will delight nature and animal lovers (dogs, cats, geese and chickens and sheep coexist on the estate). Lovers of places full of history are spoilt for choice (many castles and museums). Finally, for athletes, they will find many paths to walk or bike. - From July 4 to August 28, 2026, arrivals will only be possible on Saturday The accommodation, perfectly equipped to live "like at home"is composed of: - a living/dining room with wifi and smart TV. - One bedroom with a double bed and two single beds for children (pull-out bed). - a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker with filter, kettle, toaster). - a modern bathroom (shower, hair dryer, washing machine). - a separate toilet. It also has a small private garden with barbecue, parasol, garden furniture. For the comfort of our guests, bed sheets, towels and tea towels are included. Cleaning on the other hand, is not included in the rental rate (cleaning option: 50 euros). A crib and baby chair are available on request. The heated pool, is not included in the rental, it is nevertheless free and accessible on request: in the presence of hosts on the estate, depending on the season and under your responsibility. Other things to note Final cleaning provided by the tenant (the accommodation must be returned in its original state of cleanliness) or against payment of €50.
