Inside, the home sleeps up to six guests comfortably. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two king singles. The freshly renovated interiors are bright and airy, blending modern amenities with casual beach-house charm. Downstairs, a separate studio offers a queen bed, its own living area, a compact kitchenette, and a private bathroom — ideal for guests who want extra space or a bit more privacy. Step outside into the private, secure yard, where a fire pit invites evening gatherings under the stars, sun loungers provide the perfect spot to soak up the Tasmanian sunshine, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off sand after a beach day easy. Balconies on both sides of the upper level provide additional spots to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the surroundings. The Beach Box is just over an hour’s drive from Hobart along the scenic Esperance Coast Road, offering stunning views of the Huon River, the picturesque Huon Valley, and nearby Bruny Island. The property is within a 10-minute drive of Dover, where you’ll find a local supermarket, petrol station, cafés, and essential shops. The Huon Valley is famous for its fresh fruit, wine, cider, and salmon. Farm gates, cellar doors, and local produce shops abound, making it the perfect region to explore and taste the local flavours. For adventure and nature lovers, Hastings Caves and thermal pool are a 30-minute drive away, while Tahune Adventures and Cockle Creek are roughly an hour from the property. Cockle Creek is an unspoilt haven for camping, boating, and fishing, offering a true escape into Tasmania’s wild south. The Beach Box provides the perfect base to relax at Big Roaring Beach and to explore everything the Far South of Tasmania has to offer, from pristine coastlines and forests to local food experiences and outdoor adventures. Please note, this property is across two levels and there are no child safety gates so care needs to be taken with the stairs at all times.
