Our villa is strategically located on the main Bandungan-Sumowono road, in a tourist area with easy access to nearby eateries and destinations. The villa offers views of seven mountains at an altitude of ±1,000 meters above sea level, with cool air during the day and cold at night. This 3-story building has 2 bedrooms, an outdoor bathroom, a rooftop with an additional bathroom, as well as 2 queen beds & 2 single beds, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Perfect for backpackers & families. Rooftop & Views (Main Attraction) Rooftop is a favorite area in the villa, equipped with: 4-seat dining table and 2-seat additional table 50-inch TV Polytron sound system + karaoke (additional fee Rp50,000) From the rooftop, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of almost 360°, including: Rawa Pening Lake Mount Lawu with panoramic sunrise The beauty of the lake surrounded by 7 mountains: Merbabu, Merapi, Telomoyo, Andong, Gajah, Sindoro, and Sumbing Mount Ungaran in the back The phenomenon of the ocean of clouds in the morning At night, staying on the top floor feels like sleeping above the city, with the city lights visible up to Salatiga and the new toll road, if the weather is clear. Temperature & Climate Air temperatures range from 16-20°C at night and ±25°C during the day, providing a cool and comfortable mountain atmosphere. Guest access Guest Access Guests will have full private access to the entire villa area during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, rooftop areas, and parking areas. The rooftop is the main area of the villa and can be used freely by guests to relax, eat, and enjoy the view. Parking is available for free on the premises. We really appreciate guests using the villa well and keeping the parking area clean during their stay. Other things to note Important Notes for Guests Extra single bed with pillow is available for Rp100,000 per set. A queen-size bed is available for Rp200k per set. Karaoke set rental is available for Rp50,000. Additional towels can be rented for Rp10,000 per piece. Rent a BBQ stove (4 stoves) + 3 kg LPG available for Rp100,000. Please use all electronic equipment and furniture in the villa properly and carefully to keep it comfortable to use together. Please use water and electricity wisely during your stay. The gate key and room key are combined, please take good care of them during the stay.
