Located in the municipality of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital in Gironde, 5 km from the ocean and close to the town center, between Soulac-sur-Mer and Montalivet The space It includes: - a living room with equipped kitchenette (4-burner glass hob under suspended hood, pyrolytic oven with cold door, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes), a central island with snack plan, Wi-Fi access, 101 cm LED TV; - two bedrooms each with a 160x200cm bed and a wardrobe; – one bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 cm x 200 cm and a wardrobe; – a bathroom with 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and electric towel dryer; – a separate toilet with washing machine and dryer; – a tiled terrace with a table for 6 people and garden furniture; – a heated swimming pool with an inclined bottom of 38.50 m2 with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2 m; – a solar shower; – a large green space with sun loungers; – a 6 m2 bicycle room; – a masonry barbecue made of local stone Other things to note A 25% deposit will be required upon booking, the balance upon arrival as well as a 25% security deposit. We provide you with free baby equipment (highchair, changing table, baby bed, bathtub). We offer bed linen kits (fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers) for rent at €15/kit, bath towels at €10/towel and a cleaning package at €85. A tourist tax of 0.80 per adult per day will also be added
