The house has a lodge-style layout, it has 5 separate en suite bedrooms. The lounge, dining area, and the kitchen is open plan and has sea views from every angle. The living area has large glass doors that open up onto a wooden deck with a infinity pool. The space The 5 bedrooms are all en suite. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have 1 king-size, extra length bed per bedroom Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds and a bunk bed as well as a loft area with 2 single mattresses, sleeping 6 people, en suite bathroom. If you add up the beds you will note the house accommodates 19 people, however, a maximum of 16 people are allowed to occupy the house due to overload on the septic tank. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and overhead ceiling fans as well as 4 poster mosquito nets, except the queen bed in room 4, 2 single beds in room 5, and the 2 lofts. All the bedrooms have shelves and hanging space for clothes. The house is a mere 25 metre walk from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas top stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, small electric chopper, electric beater, toaster, Nespresso De Longhi cappuccino machine using large pods, sandwich maker. The kitchen and lounge have overhead ceiling fans. There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, a chest-deep freezer, a double door fridge, and 2 sinks where the dishes are washed. There is also a separate storeroom with a lock-up linen cupboard, lockup food cupboard, as well as a chest freezer. All linen and bath towels are provided, please take beach towels with you. This includes your day of arrival and departure. Payable in cash directly to the staff. The staff working hours are From: 08 am - 04 pm (Monday to Friday) 08 am - 01 pm (Saturday and Sunday) Should you require their services outside of these hours, there will be an overtime charge of R50 per hour per staff member, payable in cash directly to the staff. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A Refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules, the full breakage deposit will be retained. *Should a group of youngsters book the property, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
