Surrounded by a park of more than one hectare, with direct access to the river, "Les Barques" is a 40 m2 loft cottage located in a recently renovated farmhouse. Discreet luxury, design decor and comfort characterize this open space, ideal for a stay as a couple. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (separate) with bath and shower, private terrace and free wifi. The space Cool and refined atmosphere for this nice comfortable cocoon. On one level, it has a high ceiling with its cathedral roof. The bedroom area has a queen size bed (160 x 200), the sitting area offers a day-bed, and opposite the dining area, the kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine with pods...). A private terrace gives access to the guest garden, then to the pedestrian path that runs along the river. Guest access A large poplar tree-lined driveway (200 m long) leads to the Clairseine cottages. You can't see the houses from the road, but a wooden barrier (open) and a white mailbox marked number 16 and Clairseine indicate the entrance. Parking is on the right at the end of the driveway.
