Top location! Very quiet in a cul-de-sac. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with small pantry, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The three bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. 1 minute to the city bus stop. The Iller as a local recreation area and various swimming lakes are nearby. Many attractions nearby: Legoland Germany in Günzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The Allgäu Skylinepark in Bad Wörishofen is 68 km away. Good connection to the Deutsche Bahn. The space The apartment has a separate entrance. In room 1 there is a double bed 2 × 2 m, a chest of drawers and a couch. The balcony from there faces east overlooking the garden/forest. Room 2 is a single room with a bed 2 × 0.9 m. There is a desk and a chest of drawers. Balcony as in room 1. In room 3 is a double bed 2 × 1.80 m. Here is a large shelving unit. In all rooms it is possible to hang clothes on hangers. In addition, all three rooms have large TVs with cable TV, some in HD. The beds are made and are remade once a week for longer stays. All bedrooms are lockable. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire apartment. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with a folding wall. There is a shower device with additional hand shower so you can comfortably shower and/or bathe. Hand or bath towels, hand soap and of course toilet paper are included. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven... There are also dish towels, kitchen towels, filter bags, coffee powder, various teas, salt, pepper, sugar, sweetener and oil. Families with children are welcome. In the kitchen cupboard I have some games, Lego, marble run, puzzles etc. stored for the children. No dogs are allowed. I also rent the apartment to individuals.
