Villa of the White Roses

In our large contemporary house, we offer 1 furnished, private and independent apartment: "Les Roses" of 40 m2 with a private terrace of 12 m2 accessible by a spiral staircase. The price includes all costs (electricity, water, heating, linen, shower products, household products, Wi-Fi, parking, garbage.) We also have a 2 nd independent and private apartment: "Les Oliviers" of 35 m2 with private terrace at the foot of its spiral staircase. The space You will have a private bathroom and towels, separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and possibly a sofa bed in the living room with its comfortable Dunlopillo mattress, a baby cot and a high chair for children. You enter this apartment through a private entrance (spiral staircase) leading to a spacious terrace out of sight. Guest access Parking just in front of the house in our cul-de-sac is very popular. Other things to note We're working to help the environment. Toilet water is provided through rainwater recovery. Sorting household waste is a priority. Paper and cardboard bin. Glass bin. Compost bin. New for 2024, a small organic garden where you can help yourself (depending on growth, availability and season).
