Total area of the apartment is 120 sq.m., it has high ceilings, large and beautiful gothic windows. Situated on a fourth floor. The space itself is cozy and comfortable place to rest after a long day. Thick walls of the house absorb sounds, protect from hot during summer and keep warmth during winter; also it is warm due to the autonomous heating. Hot/cold water is always available. All necessary furniture, comfortable sleeping places (three king size double beds and two big folding double sofa beds), closets, dresser, TV. Internet Wi-Fi. From a bedroom, you can enter a facade balcony with a beautiful street view. Large kitchen with built-in furniture and extraction, fridge, gas oven, electrical kettle, teapot, microwave oven, pots & pans and all kitchen utensils. There are table with chairs. Separate bathroom with bath, hair dryer, washing machine. In addition, there are iron and ironing board. Clean bed linen and towels are always provided to each guest. We accept requests for long-term rental of apartments. We can agree the rental price with you, for this, write to us. *** NOTE. CHECK IN - CHECK-OUT Check In:1:00 PM Check Out:11:00 AM Check-in and check-out times are usually "flexible" depending on your ideal times, those of other guests, and my work schedule. I'll make every effort to make things convenient for you, and I can almost always break away to meet you. Often there are guests the night before and I can't kick them out early. Then I have to get the place nice and clean for you, which takes at least two hours. Please confirm the check-in and check-out time when making your reservation. For early/late check-in/check-out there is an additional charge to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Late check-in – after 10:00 PM Early check-in – before 8:00 AM *** Early check-out – before 8:00 AM Late check-out – after 1:00 PM *** IMPORTANT: EARLY CHECK IN + LATE CHECK OUT = extra fee for 1 day stay to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Just ask :) Anything and everything that you may need is at your doorstep. Supermarkets, pharmacy, stores are nearby. There are many bus routes right outside your front door. If You need any help to get from the airport or train station, just let me know and I will send You the manual which will detail how to get to the apartment. Please note, if rental term is more than 14 nights, the guest is obliged to pay the utility bills for water, gas, electricity and maintenance. During the check in the figures on the meters in the apartment are recorded, and the payment is made during check out. Thank you for understanding!
