The space Welcome to your country escape, showcasing open-plan living with premium appliances to enjoy cooking at home. Bi-fold doors create a seamless flow between inside and out. Enjoy multiple sitting areas, perfect for your morning coffee or evening drinks, where you can relax and use the bbq and fire pit, enjoying the sun setting on your day. Listen out for the owls and keep your eyes peeled for the deer, pheasants and of course, the partridges which always visit in autumn. Wander round the enclosed fruit orchard where you will find Quince, Damsons and Greengages or down the driveway to the apple orchard. Unwind in the double bedroom with tv and en-suite, featuring a powerful walk-in shower. You will find a “queen sized bed” in the second bedroom with an accessible wet room, accommodating one person perfectly. There are premium towels and bodywash too, with heated towel rails for your comfort. Guest access Access to the barn couldn’t be easier, travel up our long driveway where the barn will be in front of you. There is secure private parking and the way is lit at night to your entrance, where the barn will be open and ready for your stay. Other things to note The accommodation is all on one level, providing easy accessibility for guests with mobility issues and there are no steps leading into the barn. Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Loddon our cute town is a mile away across the roundabout on the main road where you will find a great little co-op for your essentials, several pubs, a deli and pharmacy. You can also take a walk by the river. A little further away are the popular market towns of Bungay and Beccles. They both have a great array of independent shops, cafes and delis. Beccles is nestled by the River Waveney making it a gateway to the Broads where you can hire boats and explore the tranquil waterways of Norfolk and Suffolk. There are also great paddle board and canoe hiring facilities straight onto the River Waveney at either Outney Meadow, Bungay, Three Rivers or Geldeston. There’s even an outdoor pool. It’s great place for cyclists to visit and explore and we have secure storage for your bikes.
