A beautifully restored Grade Two listed cart shed located in the peaceful Cotswold countryside, perfectly located for visiting the popular towns of Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the Wold and Stratford-upon-Avon. With direct access to quiet country lanes and scenic public footpaths, the property is ideal for walking and exploring the surrounding landscape. Once back home guests can enjoy the games barn with pool table and table tennis or relax and unwind in the tranquil setting. The space Recently renovated, The Cart Shed has been thoughtfully transformed into a welcoming two-bedroom cottage, carefully retaining much of its original character yet incorporating modern luxuries to enhance your stay. There is a master bedroom with king sized sleigh bed and a large twin room, both with stone wall features, luxury bedding and modern en suites. Overlooking a traditional gravel stable yard, the cottage forms part of Green Farm and is surrounded by fields of grazing sheep and well maintained gardens. Guests have private use of a games barn with pool table, table tennis and darts. There is an outdoor seating area complete with water feature and planters for you to enjoy. The area Shipston on Stour is only two miles away and boasts a selection of independent coffee shops, stylish boutiques, cosy pubs and acclaimed restaurants. Whilst the charming towns of Chipping Norton, Chipping Campden and Stratford upon Avon are a short drive making The Cart Shed the perfect cosy base for your Cotswold break. Regular trains run from London to Moreton-in-Marsh, only ten minutes away. Guest access The stable yard has its own private access and guests can drive straight in to the designated parking area. The keys will be left in a key safe at the property. Other things to note We have an EV charger at the property. There is a log burner in the property and guests will be provided with a basket of logs. There is a good Wi-Fi signal throughout the property. Dogs are welcome and we have a water bowl and bed if required. Please note the courtyard is gravelled, there isn't a grass area and while fenced, it isn't totally contained. Travel cot and high chair available upon request.
