An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 25 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 52 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. Guest access The interiors are comfortable and functional, in Mediterranean style: from the front door you immediately access the living area, furnished with a dining table that can be also used outside if you want to eat lunch on the patio. From the living area you enter the kitchenette, then the bathroom with shower and the two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a single bed and additional trundle bed.
