Magnificent floral village of St Fraimbault!!

Welcome to "The Magnificent Floral Village of St Fraimbault" a little taste of paradise in the French countryside. Welcome to the "Village Fleuri de St Fraimbault", a little corner of paradise in Normandy. The space Australien/Français We are ideally located with Mont St Michel and the beaches of Normandy an easy day trip away. Our house is two bedrooms with a spacious double and three singles, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a foldout couch bed for which linen can be supplied at a cost of 10e per person. The apartment is independent, with a double bedroom, bathroom and lounge area with a foldout bed for an additional 55e. The apartment is small, but it can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is listed under "La Haute Roche". The house has English satellite television and also French TV, there is a wood burner for which the initial box of logs is provided and more can be purchased from the neighbor (contact details in the guest book). The house is ideally located with a beautiful lake accessible from the bottom of the property with a 2km walking/jogging track, children’s playground, little bar by the lake (open during summer months), and the village is just a 10 minute walk away. There are DVD’s and board games and bicycles can be loaned on request. It is the perfect, private, serene get away while at the same time the activities and places to visit should you want to get out are limitless. The things to do in the area are too long to list, beautiful medieval ruins dating back to the 4th centuary, in nearby Domfront the ruins of a castle that was inhabited by Richard the Lionheart, there are markets about a 30 minute drive away, restaurants in nearby villages, zip wire parks, canoeing, fishing in the local lake (permits can be purchased at the town shop), cycling paths, walking tracks and the list goes on! There is the festival right here in our village on the 15th of August that attracts thousands of visitors each year and a must visit is the “Vide Grenier” where the villages close down their main streets to hold markets. (You can buy a book with all the dates in a newsagency). If you are travelling in the winter months Normandy is famous for it’s illuminated villages, all the towns are decked out with the most amazing Christmas lights and the night markets are a must see! On arrival at the house you will find all the brochures and information on hand. Welcome to La Haute Roche, cottage, 1 km from the market town of St Fraimbault. Ground floor: Fully furnished kitchen, Living room with a double bed for two people, (sheets provided for extra 10th per person) satellite TV (English) and French TV, stove heating (the first batch included with reservation otherwise a wheelbarrow can be bought from the neighbor). 1st floor: Bedroom double bedroom with three single beds and bathroom. There is the possibility of booking an Independent apartment which is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to four people for an additional 50th. A lake is 300 m accessible from our field with 2 km trail, children's park and drinks (open seasonally). The village is 10 minutes walk with small supermarket. Nearby: swimming pool, tree climbing, mini-golf, equestrian center and canoe a few kilometers away, spa, golf (9 holes) and casino 25 km away (Bagnoles-de-L'orne). Guest access There is a large garden with BBQ, tables and chairs and a swimming pool. Guests are free to use all outdoor amenities. The swimming pool is only available from June to mid-October.
