Anna's Voorhuis. A monumental farmhouse from 1860 on the idyllic river Gein in Abcoude. Amidst the landscapes on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Amsterdam City Centre 20 min by car or train. Trainstation 10 min by (rental)bike. The space Anna's Voorhuis is a unique holiday home on the idyllic river Gein, in the middle of meadows and windmills, near to Amsterdam. The "Voorhuis" has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, one of wich with whirlpool tub. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a panoramic view of the little river Gein, a living room with with couches, tv , and a living room that is furnished as a dining room. The "Voorhuis" offers space for groups up to twelve people. The surrounding area offers endless possibilities for cycling and hiking. You will find historic towns like Muiden and Weesp. By bike, car or train you are in 20min Amsterdam, the HMH or the Ziggo Dome. Guest access During your stay you have: -Hall with spacious wardrobe and toilet - Fully equipped kitchen including American fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso, kettle, table - Living room, equipped with three sofas (12 seats), reading corner with books and games, flat screen TV (55 inch), DVD, radio, TV cabinet with DVDs. -Diningroom with three tables and twelve dining chairs -Souterrain (bedroom 1), equipped with four box spring beds (2.10m long), reading lamp and power station (charging phone), bathroom with rain shower, toilet and laundry. Suitcase and built-in wardrobe. -Bijlmerlust (bedroom 2) equipped with three box spring beds (2.10m long), with bedside table, reading lamp and flood point. Bathroom with rain shower, toilet, washbasin and whirlpool bathtub. Cabinet and shelves. -Geinkamer (bedroom 3) with two box spring beds (2.10m long) with bedside table, reading lamp and flow point. Bathroom with rain shower, toilet and washbasin, closet and case -Anna-Haenkamer (bedroom 4) equipped with three box spring beds (2.10m long) with bedside table, reading lamp and power station. Bathroom with rain shower, toilet and washbasin. -Unclosed Garden: This is located next to Anna's Voorhuis and is accessible by a private little bridge. The garden has a terrace with hardwood table and chairs, bbq, fireplace, grass, and play and sunbathing area. Free Parking (3-4 cars) - Ask for possibilty of bedding and towels!! -All beds can be placed as single or double! Other things to note Ask for the possibilities for bed and bath linen. This is not always included! basics like; kitchen linen, tabs for dishwasher, toiletpaper are always included. At arrivel you'll find a few bottles of yoghurt (natural, blueberry or vanilla) from the milk from our cows in the fridge. Also the first cup of tea or coffee will be waiting for you.
