The property is located right on the beach of Aspous, a great place for swimming and relaxing. Just a 10 minute drive from the port and the main town (Chora or Chorio) and a 20 minute drive from the airport, the location is ideal for visiting numerous places easily. Only a few minutes from the main road, you are close to supermarket, gas station and hardware/fishing equipment shop as well as in a walking distance through the beach for two of the best restaurants in the island. A cozy, spacious and well organized house, ideal for a group of friends, families with small children or couples. Airy and sunny, it has a front and back garden, with a hammock under the trees for relaxing and an external shower for a quick refreshing washout of the sea water. In the front side of the house, you can rest on the big veranda during the day where you can sunbathe or enjoy a cocktail during the night under the starry sky. The house includes a kitchen with small sitting area, fully equipped with all appliances for cooking or preparing meals, three bedrooms and a bathroom with spacious shower. Parking area is located in front of the house.
