Right next to beautiful hiking trails and only 35 km from Vienna. The approx. 3,000 sqm garden with a wonderful panoramic view offers enjoyment for both children and adults. Due to the unobstructed south-facing slope, the apartment is bright and flooded with light. The new and modern furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. The space The vacation apartment is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. On the map, you can see that we are in a wonderfully quiet location. Whether you want to explore the surroundings, plan trips to Vienna or just enjoy nature in the garden, our vacation apartment offers all the possibilities. Magnificent views of the countryside from every window. In the garden there is a swing, slide, seesaw, balance bike... for the little ones. Other play equipment for young and old ;-) is also available (table tennis, beach tennis rackets, Frisbee). Board games are available in the house to end the evenings in a cozy way or as an alternative in bad weather. The kitchen is also well equipped with small everyday items (GS tabs, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and much more) The well-maintained apartment is new and has been renovated to a high standard. Guest access Both terraces are available for your exclusive use (see photos). The large garden is also available for our guests.
